Summer approacheth! Something about warmer weather always makes me feel more motivated to work out…or just move in general. As a little extra gift to myself, I am going to dedicate 10 minutes before breakfast to get my muscles going. Get into the habit of waking up a different muscle group before breakfast every day.
Stick with the 10 minutes each morning, or incorporate a nice carby breakfast followed by a full body Pilates and Cardio routine ;).
